Framed for the murder of the man who forced him to participate in child pornography years ago, Ash awaits trial in a maximum security prosion teeming with Golzine’s henchmen, not to mention other unfriendly–and too friendly–gangs of prisoners....
Ash’s self-appointed friends on the NYPD enlist fellow jailbird and Vietnam vet Max Lobo to look out for our hero. But Ash is a confirmed loner who won’t accept help from anyone. Although he seems to have taken quite a shine to young Japanese journalist Eiji....
