The Banana Fish Key Animation art books are a set of illustration books filled with lineart, sketches, and other animation drafts by studio MAPPA. The first book contains linework for episodes 1-13, and the second details the animation process for episodes 13-24. The volumes also include interviews with and comments by animation staff. The set retails for ¥8,000 in anime merchandise stores and in studio's MAPPA's online shop. It is only available in Japanese.
