The BANANA FISH Pop-up Shop in Tower Records was a two-week collaboration in early 2020 between BANANA FISH and Tower Records, the largest music retailer in Japan. The event was held in select stores in Tokyo, Saitama, Kawasaki, Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya, and Sapporo, as well as online, where preorders opened at noon on February 14th.[1] Customers received one of three randomized postcards for every 2,000 yen spent at the shop.[2] An online lottery held prior to the shop's opening presented one winner with the entire 3-piece bonus postcard set by following the Twitter accounts of the event's hosts, AMNIBUS and Tower Records Anime.[3]

Various merchandise was available in the shop, including stationery and accessories. Sweatshirts were available online only.[4]
