Since the moment I finished Banana Fish, I always thought of Ash as being dead. It just seemed the most reasonable because of how it happened... BUT, if you go to the human correlation chart on the Banana Fish website, all of the dead characters are show in gray. Ash is NOT shown that way; he's in color with Eiji and everyone else. This could be their way of letting us know that it's ok to assume that Ash is alive (because he could've been saved off screen).
Ash's death shocked me and made me feel frustrated. Shorter's just...it really got me in my feels. I felt too many overwhelming emotions at the same time.
I have to go with Fox but Lao and Abraham are up there as well. It's a bit weird though... Dino was the biggest villain but I dislike him the least.
I love Ash and Shorter so much...but I have to go with Eiji. He's absolutely adorable.
This is incredibly late but I'd love to see Ash and Eiji in an Easter setting. There are a bunch of pictures with them together though...so I'd slightly prefer a picture of Shorter, Ash, Skip, and the gang.
Yeah, you're right about that. THE POWER OF FANS!!
I'm late but I'm so happy!! It's nice to see that so many people like Banana Fish!
Yeah, it's a darn shame. And, if they haven't seen it, they're missing out on some greatness!
I had no idea that people were actually doing this. One day, I want to visit that library...
I'm so glad Banana Fish got #1. It seems like people in the YT anime community (especially the popular ones) don't talk about it enough.
I love them all... Opening 2 and ending 2 are super emotional, opening 1 gets me hyped up, and ending 1 makes me feel a little sad but I can't help but love the beauty of the song. If I had to choose one though...I'd pick Found and Lost.
